About the Company:Our client is a busy medium sized organisation that plays an important role for New Zealand society. They have a centrally located office in Wellington and they offer flexible working. About the Role: As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in our client's talent acquisition process, working closely with candidates, your peers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience from application to onboarding. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong candidate engagement. This will be a busy role and you will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise these to ensure all recruitment actively runs smoothy. About You: You'll be a dynamic individual who thrives when busy. You'll know the importance of good, timely communication and have good attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in a recruitment focused role and understand the importance of using technology to ensure all data and communication is correctly captured.
