We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking, and process-driven recruiter to join our team!
The role of Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is: Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communication Thorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offers Understanding of the importance of Health & Safety within the blue-collar workforce Equally passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clients Minimum Requirements Ideally you will have: 1-2 years' experience in an HR/recruitment or Account Manager role; exposure to recruitment would be an added bonus!
Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets Exceptional client service skills and the ability to form strong lasting relationships Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written Strong problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills Proactive and process-driven Hunger, passion, resilience and drive to get the job done, with a 'never give up' attitude The team in Wellington is tight-knit and focused on achieving results, so if you believe you have what it takes to be our next top performer then apply now!
