The role as Recruitment Consultant should appeal to someone who is:
Passionate about people, as you will be focused on candidate attraction, retention, and pastoral care through CV screening, site visits, and communicationWilling to step out of the comfort zone to build the branch results through business-to-business salesThorough with conducting in-depth interviews, vetting all applications, and presenting job offersUnderstanding of the importance of Health & Safety with our AWF field employee workforceEqually passionate about recruitment and customer service whilst ensuring we are providing the highest level of account management to our clientsWhat can we offer you?
