$70-80K base salary + commission
Permanent position, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Proven experience within temporary recruitment essential

GBL – Part of the Salt Group has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join New Zealand's temporary team. Reporting to Holly Conole (Practice Lead), you will be responsible for an assigned universe of clients within the temporary specialisation. Ensuring all activities are aligned to maximise all job placements and 100% achievement of planned performance outcomes at all times.
Responsibilities

Build, maintain and execute a universe client call schedule, prioritising the 'inside out' strategy.
Build and maintain a universe candidate shortlist of active candidates that cover the 10 most common roles within temporary specialisation.
Facilitate & introduce your colleagues to clients inside your universe that have roles across 4 other specialisations.
Be a visible presence in your universe online and F2F that positions GBL and yourself as experts of your universe.
Execution of our core recruitment process delivering a quality experience to all stakeholders.
Conduct sales activities that prioritise your universe in the most effective manner, generating qualified "fillable & billable" jobs.
Adherence to 4 "Stop Go" stages of process ensuring best use of customers' future resources.
Post job generation and 4 "Stop Go" stages, ensure compliance to achieve targeted quality conversion rates.
Adoption of Jobscience as a critical platform for Salt's core recruitment process.
Conduct all recruitment activities to deliver the best customer experience possible whilst maintaining complete integrity and adherence to our processes.

What you'll need

Minimum 2 years' experience recruiting within the temporary landscape
Experience working within an external agency, responsible for recruiting project temporary requirements
Curious by nature and with an affinity for ongoing self-development
A natural communicator who loves to engage with ever-changing audiences
Team player who is values-driven
Second to none listening skills
Energised by multitasking and working to deadlines
Expertise within talent sourcing, you'll know where to find talent
Experience working within customer-centric positions
