Your Impact: As our Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and selecting top talent to drive our business forward. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our business leaders, as well as our P&C business partnering and People Services teams locally, to coordinate activities effectively.
Reporting directly to the Recruitment Lead this is a part time role, 26 hours per week spread across Monday to Friday. This opportunity is perfect for those seeking a flexible schedule aligned with school hours or those prioritising work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and objectives. Develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role, utilising various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, ensuring only the most suitable candidates progress to the interview stage. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our organisation's values and goals. Negotiate offers and manage the offer process. Drive ongoing improvement by proposing new ideas and initiatives for Recruitment. About You:
You will be a passionate people person, experienced in leading best practice hiring methodologies. You will also have experience in:
Delivering on strategic recruitment and volume recruitment experience – end to end management of the hiring lifecycle. Implementing best-practice selection processes, with knowledge of SuccessFactors ATS considered a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, deadlines and ways of working. The Benefits
