Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare Industry Medrecruit is growing, and we are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant who is looking for their next career challenge with impact!
As a Recruitment Consultant (or Solutions Specialist as we call it), you will develop and nurture meaningful relationships with our junior doctors as well as hospitals and other healthcare providers. It will be your mission to listen, understand their needs and then to deliver the best solution for those needs.
Located in our new modern offices in either Queenstown or Auckland (or a fully remote option available based anywhere in New Zealand for the right, experienced candidate), this highly supported role includes:
Building strong relationships with our doctors to understand their professional & lifestyle goals.
Qualifying our doctors for work opportunities that support their goals.
Generating and maintaining relationships with hospitals and healthcare providers and understanding how to support their workforce needs.
Providing solutions to address doctor and hospital needs.
Negotiating and finalising agreements between doctors and healthcare services.
Going above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.
Working with a team of Solutions Specialists to achieve outstanding results.

Articulate and persuasive in their communications. Consultative in their approach to ensure they are listening to and handling objections from the offset.
