About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to take over the reigns of our Otago & Central Otago branches and take them to the next level. This role can be based out of our Dunedin branch or our Queenstown branch.
In this key position, you will:
Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients and temp workforce across Otago & Central Otago.
Conduct new business development (Permanent & Temp).
Conduct on-site visits to ensure service agreements are met, including toolbox meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections.
Advertise vacant jobs and screen potential candidates.
Interview candidates and perform all pre-employment checks (MOJ, drug screens, references).
Complete all health & safety checks and requirements.
Keep precise records using our advanced CRM, Jobadder.
Tackle site-specific challenges with professionalism and promptness.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfil service commitments.
About You
To be successful you will need:
Previous recruitment management experience (preferably within blue collar).
A full class 1 drivers licence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
New business development experience.
A proactive approach to exceptional customer service.
Strong engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer software, particularly with Jobadder or similar applicant tracking systems.
A commitment to compliance and process improvement.
