We are a team of experienced and committed recruitment experts with decades of on the ground experience in civil construction, building construction, transport & logistics, engineering and more.About the RoleWe're seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to take over the reigns of our Otago & Central Otago branches and take them to the next level. This role can be based out of our Dunedin branch or our Queenstown branch.In this key position, you will:Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients and temp workforce across Otago & Central Otago.Conduct new business development (Permanent & Temp).Conduct on-site visits to ensure service agreements are met, including toolbox meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections.Advertise vacant jobs and screen potential candidates.Interview candidates and perform all pre-employment checks (MOJ, drug screens, references).Complete all health & safety checks and requirements.Keep precise records using our advanced CRM, Jobadder.Tackle site-specific challenges with professionalism and promptness.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfil service commitments.About YouTo be successful you will need:Previous recruitment management experience (preferably within blue collar).A full class 1 drivers licence.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.New business development experience.A proactive approach to exceptional customer service.Strong engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.Solid problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail.Proficiency in using computer software, particularly with Jobadder or similar applicant tracking systems.A commitment to compliance and process improvement.This is an autonomous role with an opportunity to make your mark within a friendly, supportive and growing organisation.BenefitsNot only will you get to work with other amazing people within this business, but you will also be able to achieve some great financial rewards and extras including:A negotiable salary depending on your experience – paid weekly.Fully serviced company vehicle.A generous bonus structure paid monthly (uncapped).Mobile phone + laptop.Regular team catch ups and fun activities.Autonomy – No micromanagement.All expenses paid when you travel for work.Take over a warm desk with some great client relationships.If you are interested in applying for this role and you have the experience we are looking for please email your CV to ****** or apply online via the job portal.
