About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to take over the reigns of our Otago & Central Otago branches and take them to the next level.

This role can be based out of our Dunedin branch or our Queenstown branch.

In this key position, you will;
Deliver exceptional service to our valued clients and temp workforce across Otago & Central Otago Conduct new business development (Permanent & Temp) Conduct on-site visits to ensure service agreements are met, including toolbox meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections. Advertise vacant jobs and screen potential candidates Interview candidates and perform all pre-employment checks (MOJ, drug screens, references) Complete all health & safety checks and requirements Keep precise records using our advanced CRM, Jobadder Tackle site-specific challenges with professionalism and promptness Collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfil service commitments About You

To be successful you will need;
Previous recruitment management experience (preferably within blue collar) A full class 1 drivers licence Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and time management skills New business development experience A proactive approach to exceptional customer service Strong engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders Solid problem-solving abilities, a sense of urgency, and keen attention to detail Proficiency in using computer software, particularly with Jobadder or similar applicant tracking systems A commitment to compliance and process improvement This is an autonomous role with an opportunity to make your mark within a friendly, supportive and growing organisation.
