Recruitment Associate

As we continue to grow, we are seeking another Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team. (Christchurch or Brisbane based)
You will provide key support to our Sales team. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Recruitment Consultants by:
Generating leads for new placementsMarketing to new and existing candidatesReaching out to candidates via phone, email, and social platformsPerforming various administrative tasksEngaging with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placementsThis role offers an exciting pathway to progress into a Recruitment Consultant position.
