Working closely with passionate colleagues, you'll thrive in a culture that values excellence, innovation, and making an impact.If you're ready to take on a rewarding challenge and contribute to a team that's shaping the fintech sector, this is your opportunity!ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding their talent needs and delivering effective recruitment solutions.Manage multiple requisitions across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing methods.Provide insights and market trends to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hiring process.Partner with external recruitment agencies and vendors when needed.Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently.Drive employer branding initiatives to position FNZ as an employer of choice.What We're Looking ForProven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a business partner capacity.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Expertise in sourcing strategies, including social media, talent pools, and direct sourcing.A data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience in analysing metrics to improve hiring processes.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.What We OfferA hybrid 3+2 model combining working from the office and from home.A competitive salary and excellent benefits, including full comprehensive health insurance, Life insurance, additional annual leave days after your first 12 months, sick days, and more.Be part of a highly successful, rapidly growing, global business that is leading the delivery of financial services via cloud computing and partners with some of the world's largest companies.We provide global career opportunities for our employees at any of our offices in the UK, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand, China and more.If this role appeals to you, please apply with your cover letter and CV by the 20th of January 2025.
