Job Description This is an opportunity to partner with hiring managers in our business to: Provide up-front strategic sourcing advice across a wide variety of roles e.g.
customer-facing, high-volume, specialist, and leadership roles Provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Help ensure a positive experience for all candidates and, in turn, help to improve our overall employer brand Support delivery of ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes Support the delivery of our strategic priorities through our approach to recruitment O Pukenga/Skills And Experience We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, adaptable, willing to learn and who preferably has experience working within an internal recruitment team.
You will also demonstrate experience partnering across different internal teams to achieve a common goal.
Most importantly, you will be a collaborative team player with great communication skills.
You will build effective relationships and partner with hiring managers to build capability and recruit effectively as well as strengthen our overall employer brand.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Internal recruitment experience Good understanding of NZ recruitment market Good working knowledge of Application Tracking Systems eg.

Utu a-tau/Salary The appointing salary for this role will be between $72,634 and $93,591 based on skills and experience.
