We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a tech organisation in the education sector. The organisation is going through a growth phase and are needing support to recruit for technical roles across the organisation. This is a role where you will get to partner with the hiring managers and provide support and guidance on the hiring processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who has either agency recruitment experience wanting to move to inhouse or a recruiter who has always wanted to recruit technicalroles.
To be successful in this role you must have;
Experience in end to end recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels across the organisation
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
