Recruitment Administrator Job In New Zealand

Ravensdown is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team at Christchurch in Canterbury, New Zealand . The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality HR services to enable our people to thrive and be successful. Candidates should have the ability to lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance, and remuneration management. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $66,500 per year. Applicants must have previous HR function experience and supportive senior manager administrative experience. They must be able to proactively prioritize their workload and meet deadlines.
Qualifications for Recruitment Administrator: Prior experience in an HR function to support the senior manager.
Bachelor's degree in human resources.
Proficiency with human resource information systems and other relevant software including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with employees, management, and external parties.
High level of accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
Responsibilities for Recruitment Administrator: Assist in the recruitment process including job posting and screening resumes.
Provide end-to-end talent acquisition support.
Lead quality generalist processes including recruitment, performance, and remuneration management.
Proactively prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
