As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What the day will look likeBuild relationships with all hiring managers and key stakeholders to proactively evaluate workforce plans and talent acquisition needs for the business.Research and understand the internal and external market for key talent profiles for the areas supported; develop key network relationships (internally and externally), including but not limited to industry agency contacts, industry associations, tertiary education sources, and network groups.Consider and implement innovative sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, which may include broader social media strategies and international sourcing avenues.Drive an inclusive recruitment approach with Hiring Managers and Key Stakeholders in accordance with Aon's inclusive recruitment guidelines.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners within the team on key hiring roles or projects, and the HR Services team to ensure a smooth transition of the selected candidate to the formal onboarding processes.How this opportunity is differentThis role plays a critical part in ensuring the acquisition of the best talent for Aon and provides the opportunity to work on experienced and early careers hiring across New Zealand.Skills and experience that will lead to successPrior experience hiring in a dynamic environment.Previous experience supporting hiring managers within insurance broking, professional services, or financial services industries.Previous experience using applicant tracking systems and HR information systems, including iCIMS and Workday.Influence, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Strong planning, organizing, and attention to detail skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
