As we embark on this new chapter, we seek an innovative Customer Experience Team Leader for a newly created role.As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital and in-person student experience through outstanding customer service initiatives, technology use, and the member experience for 20,000 users. You will lead, train and mentor a team of dedicated customer service staff, driving continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.You will also be confident in developing process documentation and standards ensuring all members have a positive and inclusive experience with the following key responsibilities:Team Management: Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to customer service staff to deliver top-tier customer serviceInnovation and Technology Management: Oversee and stay ahead of technology that supports customer experienceContinuous Improvement: Maintain and manage customer service processes, regularly reviewing and updating them to enhance service qualityCustomer Service Excellence: Ensure all our users have a positive interaction with Sport and Recreation services.This is a full-time (37.5 hrs/week), permanent, on-site role working Monday to Friday The salary range for this role is $68,600 to $84,700, depending on skills and experience.As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for recreation, health, well-being and the customer experience.
