The Recovery Partner- Mental Injury role plays an important role in the delivery of specialised service to some of ACC's most vulnerable and sensitive clients. Mo tenei turana mahi | About this role As a Recovery Partner - Mental Injury, acting as a facilitator you will work in collaboration with a range of internal and external medical practitioners, you will be delivering a client led approach to those that have mental injury due to sexual violence and complex mental and physical injuries. The role is office based and communication with external stakeholders and clients is phone based with a small number of face-to-face interactions. * You should understand mental injury and client engagement strategies, possess effective communication skills, and build trust with vulnerable clients.
* You need to understand delivering excellent customer experiences and building empathy and trust.
* A mindset for continuous improvement is necessary as is the ability to evaluate information objectively and provide a rational conclusion.
* A relevant tertiary qualification is preferable but not essential.
