As a Recovery Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients who need individual support because of the nature of their injury or needs.
In this role you will:
Partner closely with recovering clients and their whanau, providers, and employersCommunicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face (kanohi ki te kanohi)Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recoverySupport your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomesHe korero mou ake | About you
You may currently be an administrator or working in a customer-focused industry looking to further develop your career. The starting salary for this role is $70,000 PLUS a 9% superannuation contribution, and we conduct annual performance reviews linked to pay increases.
