About the RoleAs a Recovery Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for a caseload of clients who need individual support because of the nature of their injury or needs. In this role you will:
Partner closely with recovering clients and their whanau, providers, and employersCommunicate by phone, email, or in some cases face to face (kanohi ki te kanohi)Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recoverySupport your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomesWe have multiple specialisations our Recovery Coordinators can work in, including our Hapai Client Recovery service which is aimed at improving access to services and improved engagement for whanau Maori.
