In this role you will: Partner closely with recovering clients and their whanau, providers, and employers Communicate by phone, email, or face to face (kanohi ki te kanohi) Facilitate a holistic rehabilitation plan to manage any roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcome for recovery Support your clients in making meaningful progress towards their goals and outcomes We have multiple specialisations our Recovery Coordinators can work in including our Hapai Client Recovery service which is aimed at improving access to services and improved engagement for whanau Maori.
