We have a RARE opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team! We are looking for someone who really enjoys Client Relationships and has super Customer Service skills. This role will be on a two-week rotation – week 1 working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday with week 2 working Monday, Tuesday & Friday for a total of 50 hours per fortnight. Stoke Veterinary Hospital is a purpose-built facility and we have been servicing the Nelson community for the past 30 years. We are proud to support the local and wider community with all their families companion animal needs. Our team are very experienced and highly skilled, focussing on delivering high standards of medical and surgical care, alongside excellence in client service. About you: The ideal candidate will be VERY customer-focused, willing to go the extra mile and have an eye for detail. Compassion and empathy for both people and their furry family members is a must. The Role: Duties include but are not limited to managing relationships with our clients, answering phones, greeting pets and their humans, booking appointments, taking payments, ensuring front of house tidiness and cleanliness and general administration.
