Receptionist (Part Time)

We are seeking 2 great receptionists for part-time roles at our stunning Gulf Rise village, located in Red Beach.Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will provide quality and timely reception support which enables effective service delivery for our residents, staff, and visitors.We are seeking someone to bring their enthusiasm and people skills to the Village Care Home and to be the first point of contact at our office for staff, customers, contractors, and visitors.This role is pivotal to ensure the atmosphere at our Village reflects the service standards we excel at.Responsibilities:Professionally welcomes visitors and answers all calls in a warm and friendly manner.Ensures the Reception area is kept neat and tidy.Provides general administrative support to the Nurse Manager and team.Takes an active role in monitoring all relevant Health and Safety issues, particularly in high-risk areas (i.e.
: construction sites).With a beautiful setting, where better to work and take your lunch breaks in the lovely maturing gardens within the village.
