Based in Porirua adjacent to the North City Mall you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and checking in clients and contractors Managing incoming calls Booking appointments Facilitating Zoom Meetings Assisting the Managing Director with email and file management, typing, and other administrative tasks When you're not directly assisting clients, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. This involves: Ordering courier pickups and stationery Managing supplies Photocopying and scanning Handling data entry What does it take to succeed in this role?
