This is a great opportunity to join an independent insurance brokerage in the Bay. They are a well-established company with years of experience in personal, commercial, fire, life, medical and general insurance.
The bulk of the job is reception. You will be responsible for:
Answering incoming calls
Receipting/banking client payments
Letter writing
Data entry
Policy documentation
Managing incoming and outgoing mail (including email)
Photocopying and scanning
Maintaining stationery stocks
Assisting with credit control
Handling routine inquiries
Any other delegated tasks to assist our team
So you will need:
Some work experience in an office environment
Proven computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/Email, PowerPoint) with reasonable typing speed
To be a self-starter with energy and drive
To enjoy being busy and assist your team
To be a bubbly, fun people person who communicates well
To be extremely well organized with great time management skills
To prioritize and meet deadlines
To have a positive attitude and be a team player
To be focused on the job and fully flexible
