Are you personable with strong administration skills and a natural ability to ensure visitors coming into a business always feel welcome? Are you looking for a varied role where your contribution to the team will be valued?
S&K Collision Repairs are panel beaters and collision repair experts based in Burnside. They are looking for Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their team. 
Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include:
Liaising with customers and scheduling work Liaising with InsurersOrdering parts and suppliesInvoicingGeneral office duties to ensure smooth running of businessAnswering phonesHealth & Safety (if possible)First Aid (if possible)To be successful in the role you will have/be:
An experienced administrator with exceptional attention to detail Experience in Xero (Desirable but not essential)Highly organised and capable of managing a variety of tasksExcellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft, Facebook and ability to trouble shoot IT issuesA team player willing to pitch in and get the job doneProactive; you will be one step ahead and always on taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you believe you have what it takes to succeed in this role and would like to join this thriving business, then we would love to hear from you.
