Receptionist - Maven Dental Subiaco

Maven Dental Subiaco is seeking a friendly and dedicated Receptionist to join our team 3-4 days per week on a part-time basis. As the welcoming face of our practice, you will greet and assist patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include: Scheduling appointments. Processing payments. Maintaining the smooth operation of the reception area. The successful applicant: An empathetic & caring individual who loves to brighten up people's days! Outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile. Polite phone manner and a friendly face to face demeanour. An ability to multitask when things get busy and maintain attention to detail. Team player who is self-motivated and can work unsupervised.
