Receptionist (Administration & Office Support)
House of Travel is New Zealand's most awarded travel group, and we believe great holidays are made 'better together'. To support our team of Travel Consultants, we're looking for a new team member to jump on board as our new Receptionist in Invercargill.
Responsibilities
In this varied and fast-paced role, you will bring your superior customer service skills to be the friendly face our customers meet when they enter our store. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls, making appointments and generally supporting the team to ensure we consistently provide our customers with the best service in the business!
What are we looking for?
A bubbly team player, ready to be the warm, friendly face of our HOT Invercargill store.
A customer service superstar with an interest in travel.
Administration skills with competency in IT and the ability to multitask.
What's on offer?
Part-time hours Monday to Friday – we mainly need cover throughout the middle of the day, but we're flexible on start and finish times to make this happen!
