Mo te turanga | About the Role
As the Receptionist you will be the face of Hohepa Canterbury, greeting visitors to our busy office environment and the first point of contact for disabled people we support, whanau and staff with general queries. The Receptionist is responsible to ensure our office environment is kept well organised and to a high standard, this will include managing incoming and outgoing mail, managing the phone line, travel booking, administration support and general health and safety standards are met.To view the position description please visit our website and select the careers page.

You will be a friendly person who can manage well under pressure and the ability to relate to all kinds of people as well have the willingness to go the extra mile to help. You will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite and good organisational skills that are essential for the success of this position. You will join a great team who love what they do at Hohepa, a team who collaborate and are driven by our overarching purpose which is to make a positive difference to people's lives. Energy, resilience, well-developed interpersonal skills and the capacity to bring creative ideas to the table will guarantee your success. This role is Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm / 40 hours per week
