Purpose of the role
Our Receptionist role is key to supporting our team in delivering client service. If you have an excellent phone manner, strong admin skills, and would like to become the "Face of WK", then we want to talk to you.
About you
We are looking for a dynamic receptionist who has a passion for working in a client service environment.
You will also have:
The desire and drive to provide excellent service to clients on the phone or in person
Strong administration skills, and be competent using IT and software
The ability to use initiative, prioritise workflow, and multi-task
The passion to continually develop your skills
Be a team player, with a willingness to collaborate
What we offer
Part-time hours can be negotiated for the right candidate. Full training will be provided. Previous reception experience is desirable but not required for this role.
You will be well rewarded and be part of a friendly and vibrant team, working from modern offices in Blenheim, and we don't work Friday afternoons.
