Job Description Hours: Part Time, 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday 7.00am – 12.30pm).
Are you a friendly, welcoming and engaging person who is tech savvy, with demonstrated experience working in customer-facing service and administration roles who works well within a small team?
This role maintains a high standard of reception service and administrative support that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the Rangiuru Plant and supports the management team as required.
About the Role:
Provide a friendly, courteous and welcoming reception service to anyone who visits the plant.
Control site access through OnLocation systems giving direction as required.
Fire Warden/Gate Control and RORP Exit Controller training will be given.
Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and Management Team as required.
Complete Reception duties as documented and required.
About You:
Friendly, flexible, adaptable and pleasant manner with a customer service focus.
Team player who establishes good rapport with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Office-related experience or training.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Systems focused with intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word.
Able to multitask and work within short deadlines/timeframes.
