Job Description Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Receptionist wishing to expand their knowledge in a 5-star hotel environment.
As a Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome guests from all corners of the world to our beautiful hotel, growing relationships with new and regular guests.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.
Maintain a logical work sequence, adhering to cash handling and security procedures.
Provide valuable local knowledge and promote hotel facilities, actively up-selling to maximise occupancy and rates.
Manage guest property with care, ensuring proper documentation for storage.
Promote Accor loyalty programmes, contributing to guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Work closely with a fantastic team, fostering positive relationships with other Pullman Auckland departments, including Housekeeping and Reservations.
Qualifications Qualifications Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, you also have: Experience in a busy hotel environment Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage Exceptional attention to detail and a nature that successfully connects with all guests The right to work in New Zealand Full NZ Drivers license and Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not necessary.
