Alongside managing the reception area, you'll also assist in coordinating and supporting events, contributing to their successful delivery at some of the city's top venues.Key Responsibilities:Manage the reception area, greet visitors warmly, and maintain a professional atmosphere.Handle administrative tasks and provide ad hoc office support.Support event coordination to deliver memorable experiences.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all correspondence and documentation.Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements in this exciting role, ensuring seamless experiences for executives.About You:We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings professionalism, organisation, and warmth to the role, with a polished and professional presentation that leaves a lasting impression.Key Attributes Include:Proven 3-4 years' experience in administration and office support roles.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and professional demeanour.Impeccable presentation and a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the role.Tech-savvy, and comfortable using a range of software and tools.Experience in event planning or coordination.A positive attitude and the ability to manage a variety of tasks with confidence, maturity, and grace.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a forward-thinking company that values growth, collaboration, and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
