What your day looks like: Meet and greet all visitorsManagement of meeting rooms and pool carsBooking and coordination of travelAssist with internal and on-site client events!Administration support for the leadership teamMaintenance of Health and Safety registers (Car/Site Safe)Facilities managementWhat we are looking for: Someone who is well presented, positive, great people skills and loads of initiativeReception and administration experienceA willingness to undertake any task asked of youExceptional customer service skillsIntermediate MS Office skillsThe role offers a wonderful opportunity to develop your receptionist skills.
