Details of the offer

Based in Epsom/Greenlane, you will be working for a Hand Therapy clinic and you will be the first point of contact for patients. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday. You will need to also go to their other location once to twice a week in Mt Albert. No prior Medical Administration is needed but you must have a can-do bubbly attitude, great time management skills, ability to prioritise and self-manage workload. 
As an Administrator, some of your Duties will include: Communicates professionally and in a friendly on the telephone and face-to-faceChanges in appointment schedules for satellite clinics throughout the day - alert satellite receptions by emailing an updated appointment listAssistance provided in the completion of registration formsWork as a team member to provide customer-focused serviceTo carry out reception and administrative duties in a timely manner, being both effective and efficientRelevant paperwork e.g. referral/clinical notes collected and placed ready for clinicianNew patients/new injury for returning patients registered: referrals checked, key details entered into PMSPayments are taken as required and processed accordinglyPatient invoices are processed in an accurate and timely mannerTimely assistance is provided to clinicians on request. ie. missing information (referral/operation notes /ACC),To be successful in this role: Previous administration or reception experience, as are solid MS Office skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong work ethic, and reliable Experience working in front-line customer service and communicationEffective communication written and verbal As this is a permanent role, those only with NZ Citizenship or permanent residency will be considered for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr
