Join our team at Dental One & Pearl Dental as a superstar Receptionist! If you're passionate about making a difference in patients' lives and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.
As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming smile that greets our patients as they enter our doors and the helpful voice they hear when they call our practice. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting patients with inquiries, managing appointments, processing payments, handling banking tasks, and taking care of other administrative duties as needed.
Working across both of our practices located in the same building offers an exciting opportunity to interact with a diverse range of patients and healthcare professionals. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced role, and you'll enjoy the challenge of adapting to new situations and providing outstanding customer service.

Both practices are based in Remuera at 134 Remuera Road, Auckland:

Responsibilities
Greet patients in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to Patient emails and queries
Process payments and book appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
The Person
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in using computer software applications
Experience with file keeping and data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
