Receptionist/Dental Assistant | Part-Time | Lumino MosgielPart-timeRegion: South IslandHere at Lumino, we are made up of a talented team of professionals providing exceptional patient experience and dental care.
With over 120 practices nationwide, we are the heart of every New Zealand community and want to ensure we are providing the highest standard of care to our patients & ongoing support to our clinicians and support staff.We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Dental Assistant to join our dental practice in Mosgiel, New Zealand.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient office operation.Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional mannerAnswer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the practice's calendarMaintain accurate patient records and handle billing and payment processesAssist with dental procedures, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment roomsProvide administrative support to the dental team, including filing, data entry, and inventory managementEnsure the reception area and waiting room are clean, organized, and welcomingThe hours for this role are:Tuesday: 5.00pm - 8.00pmSaturday: 8.30am - 5.15pmMinimum requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and supportive mannerStrong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and dental practice management softwareBasic knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (preferred)Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferred)Experience in a dental or healthcare setting (preferred)Dental assisting certification (preferred, but not required)If you're an experienced Receptionist or Dental Assistant looking for a rewarding role in an innovative and exciting industry, apply today!Apply now and start your journey with us!At Abano Healthcare, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
