Receptionist/Dental Assistant | Mon - Fri | Smile Centre Hastings Full-time

We are looking for a reliable engaging person to join our team as a Receptionist with some Dental Assistant work as required.

As a Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of the practice. A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties. It will be rewarding as no 2 days are the same, and what a pleasure to see people leaving with a smile on their faces!
When you are working as a Dental Assistant, you will be a critical part of our team! You will support our highly experienced team of clinicians with various interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation and infection control. Working beside experienced Dentists will give you a great insight into our practice and a rare opportunity to learn from one of the best.
The Hours for the role are:
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience as a Receptionist would be ideal
Dental experience and sterilization experience is preferable but not essential
Customer-facing experience a must.
Warm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.
Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Computer savvy skills with the ability to pick up things quickly preferable.
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
