We are a values-driven company and culture is at the heart of our business.The Role:We are looking for a well-presented Receptionist/Concierge to work in our head office based in Auckland's CBD.
The Receptionist role is diverse and exciting with no two days the same.
As Receptionist, the primary purpose of your role is to provide a welcome and engaging hosting experience for any visitors to the office.
You will love going the extra mile to make clients feel welcome and take pride in keeping our recently refurbished, modern office space looking great at all times.This role is perfect for a front-of-house superstar who loves meeting and greeting and providing a high level of customer service.Key responsibilities for the role:Providing a professional and friendly client service experience for anybody visiting Precinct's head officeMaintaining front-of-house, kitchen and all communal areas to a professional high standardBooking staff travel and catering as requiredEnsuring office supplies are well stocked at all timesManaging meeting room calendars and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and set up accordingly and that IT is working properlyBooking couriers and distributing mail and packagesAssisting with team eventsKey requirements for the role:You will need to have a strong customer focus and take pride in presenting a tidy and welcoming office space.
Exceptional personal presentation and strong written and oral communication skills are also key.
The Receptionist/Concierge role is from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, so you need to be reliable and well-organised to ensure you arrive on time every day.In addition, you must be able to proactively problem-solve and have a genuine desire to strive for excellence, work well within a team, multi-task and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.You will be proficient using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience in a similar customer-facing role.In return, Precinct offers excellent staff benefits and opportunities for career growth alongside an excellent company culture which places great importance in recognising and celebrating success.If this sounds like you please Apply Now and include a copy of your CV and Cover Letter.
