Receptionist / Administrator

We are on the lookout for a friendly and reliable Receptionist/Administrator with accounts experience to join Taranaki Tyre and Automotive's small friendly team. You will be the face of the business and provide a warm, welcoming experience for all customers. Along with this you will have the responsibility of invoicing, data entry, and all other general administration. You will also be tasked with a small amount of housekeeping to keep the facilities and office area tidy. This is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Hours negotiable). Our successful applicant will: • Have experience using Xero, • Have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel, • Have a pleasant phone manner, • Hold a clean full drivers licence, • Have experience in a similar role, • Have previous Customer Service experience.
