Receptionist Administrator

20.5 hour part time Receptionist Administrator required.
We are looking for a caring, customer-service-oriented, and friendly individual to join our small practice team. The successful applicant will have excellent IT skills, be able to work calmly under pressure, and possess a good telephone manner. Confidentiality and patient care are paramount. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of professionals, people, and patients.
Main duties of the job The role will involve reception and administration duties. Candidate must have a valid driving licence and access to a car, as occasional work at the branch surgery in Orton will be required.
Previous experience in medical reception/administration is desirable but not essential. Two references will be required, and the post is subject to DBS clearance.
Hours of working: Tuesday 12.30pm - 6.30pm
Thursday 8.00am - 3.00pm (20 minute paid lunch included)
Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (20 minute paid lunch included)

Person Specification Experience Experience of working in primary care Disclosure and Barring Service Check This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
