Receptionists play an important role in maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and visitors.
Whilst your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phone calls, you will provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate for this receptionist role will bring strong customer service skills and a service-oriented approach.
You will pay close attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in all tasks - including taking telephone numbers down correctly, setting up and filing client files.
To add additional value to the role, you will assist with other "overload administration tasks" - and you will find this is a great way to grow your skillset and develop a wider knowledge of the office.
A high standard of personal appearance and grooming is always required in a Professional Services office along with an ability to remain calm smillingly, under pressure for any last minute requests.
