We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception / Administrator in a large, fast-paced company that values team fit and organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Reception: Warmly welcome visitors and manage phone inquiries.
Coordinate travel and catering for the regional team.
Maintain office supplies and ensure a smooth-running reception.
Order and manage regional IT equipment with accurate cost coding.
Accounts Receivable/Credit Control: Manage accounts receivable, sales, and credit control.
Enter invoices, credit notes, and maintain customer databases with precision.
Handle debt collection and bond records.
Respond to customer and internal queries promptly.
Ensure monthly reporting is completed and reviewed on time.
Additional Duties: Assist with purchase orders, accounts payable, and general admin tasks.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications: Strong data entry skills and adaptability to new systems.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Excellent customer service and planning abilities.
Able to start ASAP or in the New Year—flexibility available.
Personal Attributes: Reliable, safety-conscious, and a great communicator.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a team player mindset.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
