Job Description Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are currently seeking a Reception Administrator to add to our support services in the University Health and Counselling Support Services Team. The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of customer service in support of the reception and administration functions at UHCS, contributing to continuous improvement and ongoing UHCS development. As the successful candidate, you will provide administration support to our busy clinical teams and you will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality reception cover at our busy front desk. You will also be comfortable using patient management systems to manage appointments, create invoices and process enrolments and registrations, while also ensuring the smooth running of daily administration support. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent opportunity. The salary range for this role is between $47,000 - $53,000 based on experience.
