About the role:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a warm, friendly, customer focused and super efficient professional to join our front line team. This is a job share opportunity, working on a Tuesday & Wednesday (9-5). You will be well supported by the wider team playing a vital part of what we do and how we do it.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting all clients and visitors as the first point of contact
Answering and directing all incoming calls and enquiries
Ensuring our reception and meetings rooms always reflect our brand standards
Processing client documentation to required standards
Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
About you:
Previous reception and administration experience is required and its an absolute advantage if it's in the financial services industry
Thrive working in a busy environment; self-managing your time, focus and priorities
Be a team player who works collaboratively with others
Attention to detail and high work standards are a must
Have excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner, adaptable and great with technologies
Intermediate level in MS Office Suite and previous experience with Adobe would be beneficial.
