To assist with this, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager for their Christchurch operation. With a proven history and reputation around the Bays your role as Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Sales Team including but not limited to Mentoring, training & development of salespeople The supervision and development of individual business plans for Salesperson Prepare, present & facilitate weekly sales meeting Attending Auctions Ensuring all sections of the listing agreement are completed comprehensively Recruiting new salespeople into the business Assisting with Multi Offers Providing compliance advice & training to salespeople and their support teams Attend and participate in the weekly Professional Standards Group meetings. Ensuring all forms & documents are kept compliant, updated, user friendly and relevant. Review all advertising and marketing for accuracy You will be supported and valued by a great management team and become an important part of the Ray White Ferymead and Metro Team. Whilst current (or previous) Real Estate Industry management experience is preferred; consideration would also be given to those currently working in Real Estate with previous management experience in another field. As you will need to have a good understanding of compliance issues you would need to have your Real Estate Licence. We would also consider people with a legal background to manage the compliance aspect of the role. A competitive remuneration package is offered based on experience.
