This role will be working on formal real estate/property complaints and providing resolutions.
You will be working in a welcoming, friendly and busy team. You will need to demonstrate that you have:
At least one year's previous experience working as a Case ManagerStrong knowledge of the machinery of governmentA strong understanding of real estate legislationAt least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong relationship management skillsThese are 12 months or 18 months fixed term roles with a good package.
