Real Estate Office Administrator

Based in our Kaikohe office, this is a varied position for someone wanting to join our team in this exciting and often fast-paced industry. You need to be friendly, reliable, have a pleasant personality with a positive and proactive approach to your work and the ability to learn quickly and work independently. This is a mainly sole charge position. Other skills and attributes required: Accurate with attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and time management - ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED for this role The ability to prioritise workload and problem-solve Excellent communication, written, computer and people-focused Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines Articulate and well presented Experience within the Real Estate Industry would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
