We are looking for a Real Estate Administrator for a market-leading Central Auckland Real Estate Company. Your role is to ensure superior customer service is delivered to all clients and members of the community the office has relationships with. You will:
Be committed to process improvement and leveraging valuable consumer insights to increase leads within the business, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
Have various touch points with the database and community to strengthen relationships and offer services.
Be completely aligned to where each customer is in their real estate journey.
Need to understand the development of relationships and turning cynics and sceptics into advocates.
An expectation exists for the person fulfilling this role to self-educate, regularly attend corporate training sessions, and liaise with corporate support members to refresh their knowledge of fundamental practices and keep abreast of new and improved ways of doing things.
Role Duties and Responsibilities Documenting and updating client engagements on CRMs.
Follow up enquiries & manage pipeline.
Generate, refer and track leads to agents.
Implement the 'after sales program'.
Regularly attend corporate training.
Prepare CMAs/Appraisals for listings.
Buyer Matching.
Database management.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident and friendly demeanour.
Ability to review and understand real estate applications easily.
Real estate experience and/or knowledge (preferred).
Previous Customer Service experience (preferred).
VaultRE or other similar CRM experience preferred.
Committed to self-education of new or unknown concepts.
Strong attention to detail.
Can work autonomously and in a team environment.
The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Natural ability to develop rapport with new people.
