Description We are seeking 2x staff who have at least 2 years of experience in using a reach truck and have a counterbalance license. The starting rate is $26phr with a review after one month.
This role involves working in a freezer chiller environment, processing seafood products and assisting in the distribution side of the business.
The hours are 3am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday, totaling up to 60 hours plus a week.
This role involves helping out with all aspects of warehouse and distribution:
Loading containers
Receiving products
Despatching products
Picking orders
Loading and unloading trucks
You must be able to work in a chiller and freezer. This is a busy, tight-knit team who ensures that the right deliveries and orders are picked and processed on time. Import and exports are required, so loading and unpacking containers is part of the job.
All successful applicants must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug tests, and have current forklift certification including reach and counterbalance certificates with 2 years of experience in operating a reach truck.
All applicants must have current eligibility to work in NZ full-time.
