The Hawke's Bay Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated Manager for our Regional Business Partner (RBP) team. This is a full-time, fixed-term role where you'll steer a small team of six to help SMEs across Hawke's Bay reach their full potential, offering a unique chance to make a tangible impact on local business growth and development. About the Role:As the RBP Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to empowering small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) by delivering guidance, services, and funding to drive growth, innovation and expansion. You'll work closely with businesses to understand their unique needs, connecting them with resources, funding, and expert advice to help them grow.
